When will I receive my order?
The processing of your order, the manufacturing of the products and the delivery (free of charge) require our team a maximum of 10 to 20 working days. We do our utmost to ensure that your order is processed as quickly as possible and in the best possible conditions.
How can I track my package?
Your tracking number will be updated on your order confirmation page received by email. The tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after it is updated. Therefore, if you do not find tracking information on your package, please try 1-2 days later.
How much does delivery cost?
The satisfaction of our customers is for us an essential thing. This is why we provide 100% free delivery throughout France (metropolitan France, excluding DOM-TOM).
What is the advantage of choosing secure delivery?
The purpose of secure delivery is to provide tracking of your order so that you can keep an eye on your package. It also ensures action on our part (gift card, promotion, …) if it turns out that you are not satisfied.
Why is my order incomplete?
You may receive your items separately. Indeed, if you order several items at the same time, it is possible that they arrive one by one. This happens according to the stocks available in our different warehouses. Don’t worry, your package will arrive shortly!
If you do not receive all your purchases within 20 working days, please contact us to review your shipment.

How can I be sure that my data will not be stored or used and that the site is secure?
